to answer any of your questions. Or you can send us an e-mail describing what you are
looking for. After we receive your order or questions e-mail one of our Customer
Service representatives will contact you
to discuss your needs. You can attach a picture (jpg, bmp, gif or other
digital format) to your e-mail for our inspection.

Yes. We CAN turn photos of people into 3D Heads or Busts.
Just send a frontal facial image (portrait) and we can turn it into a 3D head. Send
us pictures of objects, building and other items and we can turn them into 3D images.
The cost to turn a digital facial image into a 3D head is $20.00.
The amount of work we have to perform to turn objects, building and other
items depends on the complexity of the image. There may be from 1 to 50+ hours of work by one of our 3D artists. We
charge $35 per hour and we have a one (1) hour minimum for 3D work. Please
see if the image you want is in our Image Library.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. After we
receive your order and images we can ship your finished order to you
in 1-7 calendar days depending on the time of the year.
During the 4th
Quarter
Holiday season please allow up to 7 business days for manufacturing of your order and 7-10 days
for UPS Ground shipping.
We can accept almost any digital image format. JPG, Tiff, BMP, etc.
We do not recommend GIF format because they are typically very small files and
do not produce good results, especially for Photo to Canvas.

It takes approximately 7 days or sooner for us to ship your product after we
receive your order and digital images, if appropriate. You can select
Ground or Overnight shipping options.
