Custom Crystal Ordering Instructions

1.	Select the size and shape of the crystal you want. Go to the Pricing (click this link) page to make your selection. Make sure you review the pricing for Custom Image Crystals. Your custom crystal pricing includes 1 image which includes: 3D image(s) from our Image Library, a photo image and/or text. Each item is a image. (i.e. you order a custom crystal with a 3D image from our Library, an image from a photograph and some text. That would be 3 images and there would be an extra charge for the 2nd and 3rd image.)
2.	If you would like to add a 3D image from our Image Library click, take note the image number or description and include it with your order.
3.	If you want to send us a digital image or scan of a photograph or picture, please follow the Digital Image and Scanning directions for Crystals below. clickto see photo tips to insure you get the best results.
4.	If you want text, we can etch almost any font. Get the name of the font and write down the text that you would like etched inside the crystal.
5.	Read the Payment, Taxes and Shipping Instructions below

Photo to Canvas Ordering Instructions

1.	Select the size and shape of the Canvas size you want. Go to the Pricing (click this link) page to make your selection. Make sure you choose whether you want Print, Print with No Stretching or Print with Stretching.
2.	Select a 3D image from our image library and note the image number or description.
3.	Follow the Digital Image and Scanning directions for Photo to Canvas below. Fuzzy, small and scratched photos are not good. The larger the size of the image file the better the results will be!
4.	Read the Payment, Taxes and Shipping Instructions below
5.	Have your Credit Card number, expiration in front of you when you call to order. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Stock Image Crystal Ordering Instructions

1.	Select the size and shape of the crystal you want. Go to the Pricing (click this link) page to make your selection. Make sure you review the pricing for Stock Image Crystals.
2.	Then go to the Image Library and select the image you want inside your crystal, remember Stock Image Crystal pricing only includes one (1) image and no other customization. Write down the image number or description.

Payment, Taxes, Shipping & Refund Instructions

We Accept:

Sales tax
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped within Florida. We do not collect sales tax for orders billed and shipped to other states.

If you are ordering for shipment to Florida, but you are exempt from Florida sales tax, please fax a copy of your reseller tax certificate to our credit department at 407-370-2800, "Attention: Credit Department."

Billing

Your credit card will be charged when you order your crystal.

Shipping options

We ship via UPS and FedEx and you can choose either Ground or Air shipping. Please check the shipping charge schedule on the Reseller Pricing document. Please check with Customer Service department for charges.

Return policy

	If your shipment is damaged please contact us for the information. You will have to work directly with the shipper for damages. If you would like your shipment insured, please note this on each order.
	You may return a order within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. To obtain a RMA number, please contact orders@crystalmagic.com or by phone at 407-244-1211. Credit will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. Returns must be accompanied by a visible RMA number on the label.

Details

For non-defective products, you will be refunded the purchase price minus a handling fee of 15% or $15, whichever is greater.

If purchase was made by credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to your card.

Authorized returns will be valid for 30 calendar days. After which time, a new request will be necessary. Credits will not be issued for expired RMA numbers.

You are responsible for shipping charges for returning product to Crystal Magic. Original shipping is not refundable.

Digital Photo or Image Scanning Recommendations

Settings for Crystals Only	Using a digital camera take a picture. (If you have a photo see scanning instructions below.) Use 640 x 480 size and fine, better or good quality setting. Your image size should be at least 100kb for good results. If your image is less than 100kb then improve the quality settings on your camera and take another picture with the higher settings.	We accept the following file formats: .JPG, .GIF, .TIF, and .BMP
Settings for Photo to Canvas	Use a higher format (picture size) for a good photo to canvas results. Use the BEST image quality settings. Your image size should be at least 500kb to get a decent picture and 2,000kb for larger canvas. Photo to Canvas typically require us to blow your image up to fill the canvas, the bigger the image you send us the better the results.	We accept the following file formats: .JPG, .TIF, and .BMP, please NO GIF files.
Scanner Settings for Crystals Only	Scan a traditional photo in a scanner and send us the results. Old black & white photos or color work well. If the photo is 6" x 4" or smaller, scan at a minimum of 300dpi. If the photo is a 8" x 10" or larger then scan at 150dpi	We accept the following file formats: .JPG, .GIF, .TIF, and .BMP
Scanner Settings for Photo to Canvas Only	Scan a traditional photo in a scanner and send us the results. Old black & white photos or color work well. Scan the photo no matter what size at a minimum of 300dpi.	We accept the following file formats: .JPG, .TIF, and .BMP, please NO GIF files.

Crystal Magic, Inc. is a US provider of unique 3D laser crystal engraved products and other customized photo related gifts. We started business in 1997 with a mission to offer a unique fusion of photography, 3D CAD, computer software and LASER technology. We offer a full line of photo image gifts and keepsakes.

The laser etching process uses a computer guided laser to precisely etch 3D images within optically perfect laser crystal. Initial efforts produced 3D images etched inside a solid piece of optically perfect laser crystal. Refinements have added 2D images (pictures of people or things), text, 3D heads & busts and other 3D objects (Disney© characters, Dr. Seuss© characters, buildings, autos, planes, etc.) Additional advancements created our latest offerings, 2 1/2D sub-surface laser engraving. 2 1/2D is a unique merger of 3D and 2D laser etching which produces the highest quality laser engraved image with unmatched quality and clarity.

Our 3D scanners are can capture one or more person's head and shoulders and then the images are etched inside solid optically perfect crystal. You can also provide us with traditional portrait photograph which we can convert into a 3d head image. Optic crystal is known as the most perfect crystal and is the whitest crystal. Optic crystal must not have any imperfections that could cause a low quality image. Crystal Magic only offers the highest quality optic crystal and therefore the resulting images are of the highest quality.

Our management team has more than 100 years of experience in developing, managing and operating venues in theme parks, casinos and other world famous tourist attractions. Our technology team has over 100 years of combined experience. Our products are manufactured at production facilities in Orlando, FL and Anaheim, California.

We opened our first retail location at Walt Disney World's Epcot© theme park, Orlando, Florida in 1999. This was the first location in the world to etch a person's face in a crystal within minutes after taking a digital photo of the customer. We currently have multiple locations at Disney parks in both Florida and California and continue to open additional locations. We opened at Universal Studios parks in Orlando in 2000. Our first international site opened at Universal Studios in Osaka, Japan. Multiple partner locations are now opened in Las Vegas. We have etched over 1,000,000 faces.
