Make sure you put in your UserName and Password exactly as you requested or exactly as it was sent to you.  The Login is case sensitive, if you capitalize a letter and it is not capitalized in the UserName or Password, you will be rejected.

Sample:  Your UserName is:  joe   You enter:  Joe  (you entered "J" instead of "j" therefore you will be rejected)
